Monday, March 26th: Noon hour fitness in Central Gymnasium
Tuesday, March 27th: Dangers of Piercing Presentation: Room 110 at Central
Wednesday, March 27th: Aerobics at noon hour in the Central Gymnasium
Thursday, March 27th: Sterling Fitness Workout during period 2
Week of April 2- April 5th you will be SCUBA diving at the Sportsplex, please bring appropriate swimwear and be at the pool by 6:45 a.m.–class will start at 7:00 a.m. sharp.
